Making simple stir-fried dried squid with red pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I prepared the dried red pepper by cutting it in half so that it is easy to season and eat.
STEP 2/8
It is a bleached delicacy, so wash it in water about three times, squeeze the water, and cut it into a cross (+) shape with scissors.

Place pan over medium heat and when pan is heated, add 2 spoons of cooking wine and stir-fry until golden brown in dry pan.

When the jinmaechae is fried until golden, place it in another bowl for a while.

Put oil on the pan and stir-fry the pepper
STEP 6/8
When the pepper starts to cook slightly, add 3 spoons of soy sauce and 2 spoons of water and boil it over low heat until the pepper is seasoned.
STEP 7/8
When there is about 1 spoon of soup left, turn off the heat and put the dried squid in the pan where the peppers are stir-fried, add starch syrup and sesame oil, and mix them well.
STEP 8/8
When the seasoning is evenly mixed, sprinkle sesame seeds and stir-fry over low heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the water is gone.
