Ingredients for preparation
Powder agar, white sediment, red bean jelly mix, natural coloring, red bean jelly mold, flower cup cutter

Add 6g of powdered agar to 200ml of cold water and bring to a boil

When the liquid starts to boil, add 250g of white sediment and stir well

Add 100ml of water to 1 bag of red bean jelly mix and dissolve

When the sediment melts well, add (4) and bring to a boil while stirring

Pour the boiled liquid into the mold and harden it

(2)Repeat, (3) to make the red bean paste liquid, divide the liquid in half and add natural pigment red and green beans to make the color

Pour the colored liquid into a mold and harden it

Dip the yanggaeng with a flower stand cutter to make flowers, and cut it into small pieces with a knife to make stems

If you put the carnation flower on top of the yanggaeng, it's done

When the red bean jelly hardens, separate it from the mold
