"I Live Alone." Park Narae's Diet Chogye Noodles
Now that the weather is getting warmer and my clothes are getting thinner, I'm on a diet, not a diet, with the intention of eating lightly once a week. The seaweed soup that Park Na-rae ate on "I Live Alone" recently became a hot topic, right? I also ordered it because I remembered you eating it deliciously. I made it similar to what you saw on the show. It's called "Diet Chogye Noodles." The calories are really nice, so I strongly recommend it as a diet food!

  • Chicken breast

  • egg
    1ea
  • Tomato
    1~2ea
  • Cucumber
    1/4ea
  • Paprika
    1/4ea
  • bay leaf
    2-3piece
  • Whole pepper
    5-6piece

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Add bay leaf and pepper and boil chicken breast in boiling water for 8 minutes and 30 seconds

In the meantime, we're going to chop up colorful vegetables
Slice the paprika thinly

Shred the cool cucumbers
STEP 4/10
Cut the tomatoes into bite-size pieces

Let the boiled chicken breast cool for a while
Tear it into small pieces according to the texture

Rinse lightly in cold water and sieve

Instead of cold noodle broth, you can use dongchimi soup or water kimchi at home
