STEP 1/9
Boil the eggs first. Pour enough water into the pot to cover the eggs, and when it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and boil for 6 minutes. If you boil it with a little vinegar and a little salt, the skin will peel well.
STEP 2/9
Put a packet of cold noodle stock in a cold noodle bowl or a large bowl. Add all of them and add one or two pieces of Cheongyang chili peppers according to your preference.
STEP 3/9
Add a whole package of ramen powder to the cold noodle broth and mix well. If you don't like salty food, adjust the amount of ramen soup.
STEP 4/9
Put water in a pot, add ramen powder, and bring to a boil. Water is for boiling noodles only, so you don't have to have a lot.
STEP 5/9
Add half a spoon of red pepper paste, half a spoon of red pepper powder, half a spoon of pepper, half a spoon of sesame seeds, a spoon of dark soy sauce, a spoon of vinegar, and half a spoon of sugar to the cold noodle broth and mix well.
STEP 6/9
When the water boils, add ramen and boil it. Wash the ramen in cold water, soak it in cold water again, so don't cook it hard, spread it slightly, or cook it well.
STEP 7/9
While boiling the noodles, mix the seasoning well, add 200ml of water and ice, and mix well. You can adjust the amount of water by tasting it.
STEP 8/9
Rinse the boiled noodles with cold water
STEP 9/9
Put the well-rinsed ramen in the cold ramen broth and put the egg on top, and the recipe for cold ramen is complete.
