Cut various vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Pumpkin, onion, carrot 1/5, 3 pieces of garlic, 10cm of green onion

Cut 100g of octopus or squid into bite-size pieces.
(I used the octopus I kept in the freezer.)

Various vegetables, octopus, 100ml of water,
Add the seasoning (red pepper paste 1, red pepper powder 2, brewed soy sauce 1, sugar 1, oyster sauce 1, minced garlic 1, perilla oil 1)
Stir-fry it for about 3 minutes.

When the carrots are cooked, turn off the heat and sprinkle 1 sesame oil and 2 sesame seeds to finish.
STEP 5/5
Put it in and eat it.
I sprinkled rice with eggs and ate it with rice.
If you have lettuce-based vegetables, cut them and mix them together!

It's delicious even if you cook all the ingredients at once!
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Personally, if you cut lettuce-based vegetables into small pieces and mix them together, it tastes even better. (Add a bit of sesame oil)
