Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Thaw frozen cocktail shrimp in water for 15 minutes.
After defrosting, rinse in clean water and drain.
STEP 2/12
1. Chop 1/4 onions to 0.8cm thick.
2. Prepare the carrots in the same amount as the onions, slice them thinly, and slice them into 0.8cm wide pieces. (Please refer to the picture.)
3. Cut the mushrooms into 0.8cm wide pieces.
4. You can roughly cut two cabbages into long pieces.
5. Cut 1/2 green onion into the same size as the onion. (Please refer to the picture.)
6. Cut the crab meat in half and cut it into the same size as the onion. (Please refer to the picture.)
STEP 3/12
Add 2 tablespoons of starch to 1 tablespoon of starch and make starch water in advance.
STEP 4/12
1. Bring to a boil about 700ml of water in a pot to a boil.
2. When the water boils, add 1 serving of Chinese noodles and boil it for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water once.
STEP 5/12
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot, add green onion, stir-fry green onion over high heat, and make green onion oil.
STEP 6/12
Serve with green onion oil and stir-fry all the prepared vegetables and crab meat.
STEP 7/12
When the cabbage is slightly out of breath, add cocktail shrimp and minced garlic and stir-fry until the cabbage is completely out of breath.
STEP 8/12
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 2 tbsp red pepper powder and stir-fry.
STEP 9/12
When the seasoning is mixed evenly, stir-fry 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and boiled noodles.
STEP 10/12
When the noodles are evenly seasoned, bring to a boil 2/3 cups of water with a paper cup.
STEP 11/12
When the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of starch water and mix.
Look at the concentration and adjust the concentration by adding starch water, but I added about a tablespoon and a half.
Add starch water and when it boils up, transfer it to a bowl.
STEP 12/12
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds to complete.
Chinese food has to have oyster sauce in it to taste like eating it in a restaurant. Please use oyster sauce.
