STEP 1/8
Wash two cucumbers clean with a soft cloth or sponge and slide them thinly You can make it as thin as when you use a cucumber pack

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well and marinate for 7 to 8 minutes

Grind the fried sesame seeds as finely as possible

Put the pickled cucumber in the cotton cloth or the pack and squeeze the water as much as possible
*If it's too salty or boring, wash it in cold water and drain it
The more you drain it, the more chewy it is

Place the squeezed cucumber in the pan and add sesame oil

Add sesame oil and turn on the gas and stir-fry it on high heat for 40 to 50 seconds

Turn off the gas, sprinkle finely ground sesame seeds, and mix them evenly

Place in another bowl or plate
*Stir-fry it, transfer it from the pan to another bowl, and mix the sesame seeds
If you eat it after it's cooled down, you can feel the texture
Do not stir-fry cucumber on high heat for more than 1 minute It's so cooked that it's squishy
