STEP 1/8
First, 300g of beef, salt (1T), honey (1T), a little pepper, cooking wine (1/2T), sesame oil (1T)
Mix minced garlic (1/2T) in a bowl.
If you don't have honey, you can replace it with oligosaccharide or sugar.

Finely grind the sweet potatoes (half), carrots (half), potatoes (two), a little green onion, and pine mushrooms (one).
Divide into 3 pieces with speedy chop and grind them into small pieces.

Mix the ground vegetables and beef together.

Add 2 eggs, 100ml of water and 6 spoons of frying powder and mix well.

Shape into a round shape and coat with bread crumbs.
STEP 6/8
Pour enough cooking oil into the wok and turn it on low heat
Please spread it out.
When it's heated up, put in the meatballs for 10 minutes
Please fry it on low heat.

Cook the fried meatballs in the air fryer and drain the fat. (200 degrees, 5 minutes)
Wok (10 minutes, low heat) Airfry (5 minutes, 200 degrees) repeated 3 times.
If the wok or air-fry size is big, I think we can do it once.
STEP 8/8
Put it on a plate and it's done.
If you put in too much frying powder, it's too greasy, so put in a moderate amount
