  • Mayonnaise

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Please prepare the ingredients.

Drain the corn on a sieve.
STEP 3/9
Melt the butter in a pan and stir-fry the corn and sugar over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Add onion, salt and pepper and stir-fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.

Add mayonnaise and stir-fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.

Place corn salad flat in gratin bowl and top with mozzarella cheese. (Tip. It's good if it's a concave bowl that can be used in a microwave oven even if it's not necessarily a gratin.)

Microwave and melt the cheese for a minute and a half to two minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley, please.

Corn cheese is done!!
I wanted to put corn cheese in a gratin bowl, so I used a microwave to melt the cheese while cooking with a frying pan. You can melt the cheese with a frying pan, so you can make it into a one-pan dish. I think it would be good to add paprika and make it.
