Separate the egg whites

Place separated whites in bowl

Whisk whites in a bowl with a hand whisk until white foam rises

When white foam rises, add 2 spoons of sugar and whip again

If you can't see it as transparent as this, add 2 spoons of sugar and whip it again

When thick, add all the sugar and whip until glossy whipped cream

Turn the plate upside down when it's glossy

If it doesn't spill, it's a success. Put the meringue in the piping bag and squeeze it into a paper foil

Place the salty meringue in the oven (2 hours at 100 degrees)

If you touch the meringue after cooking, it's soft at first, but if you leave it outside for 3 minutes, it becomes crispy

Place it in a plastic cup or plate and it's done
