Eggs in the refrigerator don't peel off easily if you boil them right away
Leave at room temperature for at least an hour
For eggs, half-cooked for 6 to 13 minutes, medium
Boil it for 7 minutes, put it in cold water, cool it down, and peel it off

Boil eggs in soy sauce water for 30 minutes
(It doesn't matter if you boil it down until the color you want comes out regardless of the time.)

Boil the soy sauce for 30 minutes with sliced garlic and chili and Cheongyang chili for about a minute
