Auto phage juice is a combination of auto, which means self, auto auto, and phage, which means destruction.It's a juice that restores and detoxifies dead cells in my body. Juice that cleans cells to make them healthy :) Diet, detox juice is so well known, but I only have to eat autophagy juice five days a month, two meals a day (morning and dinner), and I can eat less for lunch than usual, so I decided to make it without thinking about it. I'm looking forward to seeing reviews from people who lost 2-3kg to as much as 5kg after eating this. I'll pretend to be fooled and follow along

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
The number of grams measured on the scale is different from the quantity, but I actually did it according to the quantity :) I was in a hurry to take a picture, so I was in a hurry to take it lol. People with weak digestive systems should blanch sweet pumpkin and lotus roots. I steamed the sweet pumpkin and boiled the lotus root!

I changed it with a vacuum blender :) It's a blender that grinds everything really well, so at first, it's that grainy?Even if it looks like it, I start to believe it and grind it to the end
