STEP 1/17
It's a giant clam. I washed it neatly.
STEP 2/17
It's an elephant shell. Wash the surface with a sponge.
STEP 3/17
Add thick salt to the king clam and elephant clam, add water, and then let them have sea persimmon. It takes quite a long time to get it off. I changed the water every hour and dried it. A total of three hours!! The king clam goes straight into steamed seafood, but the elephant clam...I felt like I needed to fix it. Should I say that it's the ear part of the clam after you remove it. I removed all the skin from that area and removed the internal organs.
STEP 4/17
It's an all-around seasoning. I used it all up and made a new one. I added red pepper paste to the new one.
STEP 5/17
Since it's steamed seafood, we added red pepper powder, minced garlic, and red pepper paste to make it more spicy.
STEP 6/17
It's a self-cooked octopus that was in the octopus spicy soup meal kit. Wash it in cold water and prepare it. You don't have to make spicy fish stew just because it's called spicy fish stew milk kit. You can enjoy steamed dishes.
STEP 7/17
They added frozen octopus and frozen squid to the seafood that was in the octopus spicy soup. Wash it in cold water, defrost it, and drain it. Mussels, clams, gon, and eggs were in spicy octopus soup.
STEP 8/17
Put giant clams and clams on top of the sauce. It's the first step.
STEP 9/17
I'll put in mussels and Goni. And put in the trimmed elephant shell.
STEP 10/17
Cover and steam the clams so they open their mouths for a while
STEP 11/17
When the clams open their mouths, they now add the rest of the seafood. Mix well over high heat so that the seasoning is well mixed.
STEP 12/17
Put bok choy and green onion in here. You can cut the green onion into small pieces as big as your little finger.
STEP 13/17
Lastly, add the broth and bean sprouts. Close the lid again and steam it. When the bean sprouts are cooked, it's done.
STEP 14/17
Mix it well and add glutinous rice starch to adjust the concentration.
STEP 15/17
Since it's self-reflection, I added octopus last to season it. Because it's already cooked.
STEP 16/17
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil. Stir it evenly so that the scent of sesame oil is cut off, and it's done. Cut the octopus into bite-size pieces.
STEP 17/17
Steamed seafood with plenty of seafood is complete. Shrimps, mussels, and crabs were in the octopus spicy soup meal kit.
