STEP 1/8
Get your pollack hair ready~
- I bought it online, and I bought it at a very low price! Whether or not pollack hair goes in changes the taste of the soup a lot Lol it was so delicious!!
STEP 2/8
Add 1 pollack head and a handful of anchovies for broth and boil it for 30 minutes with 1.5 liters of water to make basic broth~
- I have to take out anchovy poo, but I just used it because I was lazy (hahaha) Personally, it doesn't have a bitter taste just because I didn't take out poo, but this is... Individual taste differences;;;
STEP 3/8
Boil for 30 minutes, strain it through a sieve and use just the broth
- This process is a bit time-consuming and annoying, but when I try it, it tastes good and I take the hassle
STEP 4/8
I will prepare fish cake, konjac, tofu, and minced garlic from the refrigerator
STEP 5/8
Cut fish cake, konjac, and tofu into bite-size pieces
- Personally, I really like the texture of konjac, so I put in a whole bag I bought a lot of fish cakes from Costco and used six of them~~
STEP 6/8
Add 200-300ml of water to the well-boiled broth and add konjac, oden, and tofu
- I added water because the water decreased by more than 500ml while boiling the broth base!
STEP 7/8
Add 1 spoon of minced garlic, 4 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of hondashi and a little pepper~
- I like soy sauce in soup, but if you only have regular soy sauce, regular soy sauce is okay! Honda City is my favorite seasoning, but I like the soup because it tastes cool when you go in Honda City? I'm careful to think that it's not bad to put it here and there because it's a variety of condiments even if you keep one at home...If you don't have Honda City, just add a little salt
STEP 8/8
Boil it for 15 minutes and it's done!
- It'll taste better if I boil it more, right? But the more you boil it, the less the amount of soup it can get, so taste it^^ It's a real soup, but I feel like I can fully feel the taste of sweet and cool seafood!!
