  • Sugar
    70g
  • Salt

  • egg
    30g
  • Soft flour
    90g
  • corn flour
    25g
  • Baking powder
    1/4ts
Cooking Steps

Put the soft, salt-free butter at room temperature
I'll use a whisk to loosen it up
Add sugar a couple of times
Mix until bright creamy
Divide the beaten eggs into two or three times
Mix until it feels voluminous

Sieve flour, corn flour,
I'll put baking powder
mix as if cutting with a spatula

Remove 25 to 30g of dough
in a round shape
Place at intervals on the heritage site
