If you stir-fry it like fish sauce or soy sauce is burning, it'll taste better.

It's time to pour water when the fish sauce or soy sauce is fried.
You have to stir-fry it enough so that it tastes good even if you pour water and boil it less.

Pour 600ml of water, and when it boils, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for more than 15 minutes.
I think it tastes better when it's cooked for more than 40 minutes. I'd like salt for the lack of seasoning.
It's really delicious even if you boil it without meat!!
