Grilled short rib patties!! This is tteok-galbi. It's nothing much!! Yes! That's right. It's not a big deal. But it's true tteok-galbi. It has rice cake in it. There's only one sauce!! It's charcoal-flavored meat sauce. The name of the sauce is hard, but it's just a barbecue sauce. I only did this. It's simple. You can use the commonly available barbecue sauce. Or braised short ribs sauce is good, too. Otherwise, you can only use soy sauce, honey, or starch syrup.

Pour a little bit of broth, add the charcoal-flavored meat sauce, and boil it hard and start grilling the meat. Grill it evenly. In addition to the front and back, bake to the side. I used a torch to grill it more. To make it more fragrant and cook evenly.
