STEP 1/20
Please prepare ripe kimchi :)
STEP 2/20
Rinse the ripe kimchi in water and wash all the kimchi and seasoning.
STEP 3/20
Soak the washed ripe kimchi in cold water for about 3 hours.
I heard that if you soak it in water for a long time, the taste of kimchi will go away and the liver will be properly soaked. :)
STEP 4/20
Remove head and intestines from anchovies for soup.
STEP 5/20
Damp over medium-low heat in a dry pan so that it doesn't taste fishy.
STEP 6/20
I put anchovies in Sumi's side dishes later, but.. I was going to make stir-fried ripe kimchi on the pan so I didn't take it out and just put it on the bottomPut ripe kimchi on top of anchovies
STEP 7/20
Pour enough water to cover the ripened kimchi.
It fits perfectly when I poured 1L. :)
STEP 8/20
Three spoons of olive oil
STEP 9/20
a spoonful of minced garlic
STEP 10/20
Add 2 spoons of brewed soy sauce.
I added a spoonful of Sumi's side dishes, but it was perfect when I added two spoons
STEP 11/20
Instead of a pack, I put in two secret coins.
If you have a pack again, you can put it in again, and even if you don't have a pack, you can put anchovies in it, so I think it would be okay to just put water in it and make it. :)
STEP 12/20
Now turn on the heat and boil it. Bring to a boil over high heat until water boils.
STEP 13/20
When the water boils up, close the lid and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes over medium low heat.
STEP 14/20
I like the soft texture of kimchi, so I boiled it for about 40 minutes. If you like something with texture, open the lid and boil it for about 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 15/20
At Sumine's side dishes, I put ripe kimchi and pack it again, and then put soy sauce, minced garlic, and anchovies in the soup and cooked it well. I just put everything in from the beginning and controlled the heat.
It doesn't seem to affect the taste that much even if you boil it from the beginningI think it's better because it's more comfortable.
STEP 16/20
Boil it over medium low heat for about 40 minutes, and when you open the lid, the soup boils down and there's only a little left on the bottom.
Add 5 spoons of sesame seeds.
STEP 17/20
Add a spoonful of perilla oil.
STEP 18/20
If you toss it a little bit so that the sesame seeds mix well, it's done. :)
STEP 19/20
It's delicious to eat when it's warm and it's delicious to eat after cooling it down. :)
Put the whole thing on the plate and cut the tail with scissors.
It looked more delicious to put it in this neatly. Feels like the main dish!!^^
STEP 20/20
You know that it tastes better when you tear it with your hands than cutting it with scissors, right? It's really delicious to eat it with rice or wrapped like this. Kimchi melts and the texture of the sesame seeds is good, and the savory taste is added, so it was very delicious.
Seriously, rice thief!! Make sure to make it and try it :)
* You can replace the secret coin with a stock pack.
