Chop the green onions

Cut garlic into pieces.

And chop the onions into appropriate thicknesses.

Cut the bacon into bite-size pieces, too.

Defrost the frozen seafood mix in cold water, wash it once with running water, strain it through a sieve and drain it.

Make a sauce by mixing 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1.5 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, an appropriate amount of pepper, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon red pepper powder.

Boil water in a pot and when it boils up, add the udon noodles and boil for 2 minutes.

When the udon noodles are completely boiled, sift them out and rinse them with cold water with 5-6 ice cubes.
And wait for a while, draining.

Grease a frying pan with plenty of oil, add garlic and green onions, and stir-fry gently over medium heat.

When the green onions and garlic are cooked, add the thawed frozen seafood mix, bacon, and onions and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

When the onions are cooked, add the boiled udon noodles and stir-fry them gently.

If the ingredients are mixed well, add the sauce and stir-fry it a little more until the seasoning is soaked, and you're done!

Put the stir-fried seafood udon into a bowl and sprinkle the katsuobushi gently

Squeeze mayonnaise on top of it and you're done!
Katsuobushi and mayonnaise are not toppings, but you can stir-fry them together when you add sauce. Please choose a convenient cooking method!
