Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut the vegetables and prepare them
STEP 2/4
Stir-fry pupa with sesame oil for 2 minutes and add 150ml of water.
STEP 3/4
Then add garlic and cheongyang red pepper and boil them together and add a small amount of salt. Add a spoonful of cooking wine.
STEP 4/4
Add red pepper and green onion and boil for 1 more minute before turning off the heat. Sprinkle the last sesame seeds, heat the earthen pot over a gas fire, and transfer it. It's nice to be able to eat very warmly while eating.
If you like soup, add about 200ml of water.
