STEP 1/7
Cut the kelp lightly and put it in 250ml of water. After 10 minutes, take out the kelp and the kelp water is complete!
If you don't have a piece of kelp at home, you can skip this process. But if you use kelp and water, it definitely tastes better!
STEP 2/7
Put 250ml of kelp water in an appropriate saucepan
STEP 3/7
Add 250ml of milk
STEP 4/7
Add 1 tablespoon soybean paste, 1/2 tablespoon red pepper powder, and 2/3 bags of ramen soup.
STEP 5/7
And boil while stirring well to dissolve soybean paste.
STEP 6/7
When the water boils up, add the noodles, the soup, and the kelp you took out earlier and boil it.
STEP 7/7
30 seconds before turning off the heat, put in the bean sprouts and you're done with the yamma miso ramen!
Please adjust the cooking time according to your preference.
I boiled it for a total of 4 minutes!
In the case of bean sprouts, you can add ramen as a topping at the end without adding it when you boil it. I don't like raw host, so I put it in when I cook ramen and blanched it slightly!
