Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I usually eat brown rice cake, but today, I made and ate tteokbokki with organic rice cake
STEP 2/13
I left it frozen.
Please prepare 200g for 1-2 people.
STEP 3/13
It's frozen, so blanch it slightly in boiling water.
STEP 4/13
Prepare an appropriate amount of mini cabbage and broccoli and cut them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/13
Defrost the cocktail shrimp naturally and wash it clean in running water
STEP 6/13
Rinse the blanched rice cakes in cold water,
Put a little olive oil in a bowl and mix it together so that the rice cakes don't stick together.
STEP 7/13
I'll make the sauce.
Mix all the sauce to season in a bowl.
Add 1T spoon of red pepper paste.
STEP 8/13
Place 1T spoon of oyster sauce in bowl.
STEP 9/13
In addition, 1T of domestic red pepper powder, 1T of unrefined mascobado, 1T of allulose, 2 spoons of tomato sauce (I put in the tomato sauce that I made~Mix ^^) evenly to make the sauce.
STEP 10/13
Pour olive oil in a pan and stir-fry shrimp.
STEP 11/13
Add the prepared broccoli and mini cabbage and stir-fry them.
After that, add rice cake and stir-fry it.
STEP 12/13
Add the seasoning and stir-fry until the seasoning is evenly cut.
I think it would be good to cook it for about 20-30 minutes.
STEP 13/13
The delicious healthy Tteobokki is done^^
I think you can make it brown rice cake^^
