Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
You must make a sauerkraut fermented cabbage 3 days before starting the main dish. (German for sour cabbage)
First, shred the cabbage and wash it.

Put cabbage in a bowl twice (because it's a lot
Add 0.8 spoonfuls of salt each and rub gently.

Salting is similar to making cabbage kimchi.
Transfer to a side dish container when watery and out of breathless.
Put all the cabbage and juice.
Put some bay leaves on it and refrigerate it for 3 days to ferment. This is what we call "Zhouerkraut"!

We will start making Vigos in 3 days.
Pour the sauerkraut and 4 cups of water into a large pan and simmer for 50 minutes.
It's good to prepare other ingredients while boiling.

Shred mushrooms and onions, and cut sausages, bacon, and meatballs into bite-size pieces.
Stir-fry chopped sausages and sliced onions for about 5 minutes.
STEP 6/10
Bring to a boil for a long time and add the sliced bacon to the tenderized sauerkraut and bring to a boil together.
STEP 7/10
I put meatballs, but you can put pork or beef cooked separately. Then soak the minced mushrooms in 1 cup of water and put them together.

Pour in the stir-fried sausage and onion, mix well and bring to a boil, then pour 0.7 cups of wine!

Season with a little bit of salt and pepper.
Lastly, add 1 can of 750G of tomato puree and boil it for 15 minutes.

Boil it for 15 minutes and it's done.
It's like Polish well-being kimchi stew
The soup is good, but it digests well!
It's even more delicious if you put it on baguette or bread!!
I strongly recommend it as a home party snack
Tomato puree can be made by boiling raw tomatoes instead of commercial ones
