Cook the fried shrimp at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
(If you have a strap, you can add it to the frying pan to make it more crispy.)

Add mushrooms as you like
One bag of enoki mushrooms for two people

3-5 shiitake mushrooms are good
(If you use dried mushrooms, soak them in water for 10 minutes in advance.)

Cut an onion into 0.5cm pieces and put it in.
First, put oil on the frying pan and stir-fry mushrooms and onions for 1 to 2 minutes.

(If you add too much chili pepper, it can ruin the balance of the rice bowl sauce.)

** The ratio of rice bowl sauce is soy sauce 2: sugar 1: oyster sauce 1: water 200ml.
