STEP 1/15
Prepare sundae by cutting it into bite-size pieces.
I used refrigerated sundae. If you use frozen sundae, please defrost it at room temperature and cut it.
STEP 2/15
Cut the cleanly washed cabbage into large pieces.
Cabbage gets smaller if you stir-fry it, so you can cut it a little big.
STEP 3/15
Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/15
Cut the green onion in half and cut it into about 10cm long.
STEP 5/15
Cut chives into 10cm long pieces just like green onions.
STEP 6/15
Please untie the noodles and prepare them.
STEP 7/15
Now it's time to make the sauce. First, add 3 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of plum, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of perilla oil and mix well.
STEP 8/15
And add perilla powder to your liking.
STEP 9/15
All you have to do is stir-fry the white sundae. Place 3 tbsp perilla oil and 3 tbsp cooking oil in a wide pan.
STEP 10/15
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry over medium-low heat until garlic is golden brown.
STEP 11/15
When the garlic is cooked until golden brown, stir-fry cabbage, sundae, green onion, saesongi mushroom, and jjolmyeon all at once, except for chives.
STEP 12/15
At first, it's hard to stir-fry because there are many ingredients, but you don't have to worry because you'll be out of breath soon.
STEP 13/15
When the cabbage is out of breath, and the sundae is tender, add a little salt and 1 tablespoon of perilla seed powder and stir-fry again.
STEP 14/15
Cook the ingredients to the desired extent, then add chives and stir-fry them one more time.
STEP 15/15
Lastly, in order to revive the sentiment of Sundaechon Baeksoondae-bokkeum, empty the center, spread a pickled radish in the empty space, and put the sauce on top!
Then the stir-fried white sundae stir-fry!!!
If you think there's too much oil when frying, reduce the amount of oil and add a little bit of water so that it doesn't burn when frying.
But if you add water, the crunchiness decreases.
Please choose according to your preference.
