Kimchi is well cooked. It's going to be a big trouble. When it's already cooked. But it was so good that I let it slide!! So I prepared a skate samhap using the remaining skate after seasoned skate. I just boiled the pork in soybean paste. I prepared cucumber and water parsley as fresh vegetables. I blanched the water parsley slightly in boiling water with soybean paste. Then the taste and taste of soybean paste will be cut. Fermented skate samhap made with kimchi!!! It's amazing.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
It's a water parsley that has been trimmed, washed, and drained.
STEP 2/6
Dissolve soybean paste in water and boil boiled pork. I just put in soybean paste. When the boiled pork is done, take it out. Let it cool. Blanch water parsley in hot soybean paste broth.
STEP 3/6
You don't have to season it separately. Doenjang is enough. Parboil it for a minute or two. And take it out right away and let it cool in cold water. Wash it neatly in cold water and squeeze the water out. You can cut it into bite-size pieces or just serve it in a long way. You can roll it up and eat it.

I have parboiled water parsley and cucumber ready. I took it out because the cucumber was left with a refreshing taste.

It's kimchi. It's a sliced cabbage kimchi and a kimchi sauce. Zero is really well-cooked. It's a big deal. I wonder if I should put it in again. The weather would be perfect right now.
