Very simple microwave steamed eggs
My favorite food is steamed eggs It's steamed eggs using a microwave that you can cook quickly and simply when you set up breakfast. It's so simple that I recommend it to those who need to prepare a meal quickly :)

  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Water
    1/2cup
  • Seasoned salt
    1ts
  • cooking wine
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    0.5ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Place two eggs in a microwave oven container.
STEP 2/11
Add 1 tsp of flavored salt, please.
STEP 3/11
Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, please.
(If you don't have cooking wine, add a drop of mirin or sesame oil.)
STEP 4/11
Add half a teaspoon of minced garlic.
STEP 5/11
Add about half a mug of water.
STEP 6/11
Mix the ingredients well.
STEP 7/11
Put the wrap on it.
STEP 8/11
Use chopsticks to poke 4-5 holes in the wrap.

Put it in the microwave, please.

You can heat it for 2 minutes, but I like hard-boiled eggs, so I'll heat it for 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

(My daughter doesn't like green onions, so I didn't put them in, but you can add green onions.)
You can cut green onions or add a drop of sesame oil if you like ^^
