STEP 1/12
Microwave anchovies for 20 seconds to remove the fishy smell.

Put anchovies and ginger back in the pack.

Add 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, flavored soy sauce, rice syrup, red pepper powder, sugar and tuna fish sauce and mix.

Cut the radish into 3cm thick pieces. .

Add radish, daswae pack, kelp, 3 cups of water, green onion, sliced garlic, and sauce and bring to a boil.

Remove the kelp 10 minutes after it starts to boil.
