Soak beef in sugar water for 5 minutes to drain the blood.

Cut the radish into appropriate sizes.

Cut beef into appropriate sizes and chop.

Put sliced garlic, onion, sliced ginger, green onion, and pepper back into the pack.

Stir-fry sesame oil, beef, and seasoned soy sauce.

Add seasoned soy sauce and stir-fry a little more

Pour water, add kelp and pack again and bring to a boil.

Remove the kelp 10 minutes after it starts to boil.

Boil for another 10 minutes and take out the pack again.

Add radish and simmer for 15 minutes.
