Cut bulgogi beef into 3 or 4 pieces
2~3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine,
1 to 2 spoons of chopped green onion, 1 spoon of crushed garlic,
1/2 spoonful of sesame oil and 1/2 spoonful of sugar
Season and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
