Stir-fried gungchae and mulled sesame seeds
Gungchae namul, also known as Junggi Sangchu and Yamagurage. If you stir-fry the perilla seeds or water, the shape looks like a muwitdae herb, but the texture of chewing is more delicious and the savory vegetable is Gungchae Na Mul. When I eat it for a long time, I pickle or pickle it, At Korean restaurants, it is sometimes served as a unique high-end side dish with Gungchae or stir-fried perilla seeds. However, the additional food is definitely a good side dish. Gungchae and water, which take a lot of time and care to prepare, are being cleaned and cleaned these days. Serve it on the chewy Gungchae, stir-fried water, our family table, or guest's invitation. The response is amazing.
