Cut pork belly and vegetables into bite-size pieces. They prepare a bowl full of kimchi with ripened kimchi.

Put pork belly, sliced garlic, and pepper in the pan and stir-fry them first.
STEP 3/6
When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry kimchi, red pepper powder 1T, starch syrup 3T, soy sauce 3T, and cooking wine 1T.
STEP 4/6
When the kimchi is out of breath, add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry it again!

So far, kimchi duruchigi is done. :-)
STEP 6/6
Parboil a piece of tofu in boiling water, cut it together, and put it on a plate, and it's done!
If you use hand-made tofu, you can enjoy more delicious tofu kimchi!
