Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
While boiling anchovy broth, turn off the heat and add a handful of katsuobushi to make 2L of broth.
STEP 2/3
Prepare carrots, radishes, mushrooms, burdock, and konjac.
STEP 3/3
Stir-fry sliced pork belly with cooking oil and stir-fry all the vegetables. Add the broth and boil it, and when the vegetables are done, dissolve the miso soup (miso soybean paste) at the end and boil it a little longer.
