Strain the dried shrimp's residue through a sieve and soak it in water for about 10 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon starch to the plastic pack.

Remove the soaked shrimp and put it in a plastic bag with flour.

Shake the flour and soaked dried shrimp and coat them with flour.

Heat oil in a pan and add a pinch of salt
When the "chirp" sounds, add the floured shrimp and fry.

Shake gently with chopsticks to separate them so that they don't clump together.
It can burn, so fry it over medium heat.

Drain and remove excess oil from kitchen towel when it is dry and crisp.

Sprinkle a little bit of salt to taste and put it on a plate to complete.
Don't let it burn quickly over medium or low heat.
The shrimp itself has seasoning, so the salt is sprinkled only for flavor enhancement of its flavor.
