One-Pan French Shrimp Dish: Making Gambas Armorikenne
I cooked Gambas for the summer. I think it's a menu that anyone would like to mix white rice with sauce and eat chewy shrimp together!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Let's prepare a meal together so that we can eat together.
STEP 2/9
Chop the onions and shallots into small pieces, and prepare 1.5 pages of garlic.
STEP 3/9
Grease a preheated pan and stir-fry chopped onions and shallots.
STEP 4/9
When it becomes transparent, add the trimmed shrimp and prawn and cook it slightly back and forth.

Add 1.5 cups of brandy (cognac, whisky), and light if available.
STEP 6/9
When lit, add half a cup of dry white wine after the fire is extinguished.

Mix the prepared tomato sauce with whipped cream.
STEP 8/9
Combine minced garlic, pepper, salt and parsley and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Please don't doze off too much.
STEP 9/9
You can eat it with rice. It's delicious to mix rice with sauce that tastes like shrimp. Shrimps are chewy!
