High-protein, low-calorie chicken breast dish_Stir-fried chicken
I made a delicious meal by adding the chewy texture of enoki mushrooms with a dish made to enjoy healthy and delicious food when dieting using chicken breasts in the freezer.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare enoki mushrooms by cutting the bottom and cutting them in half, and prepare the ingredients by shredding onions.
When using frozen chicken breast, defrost it in the refrigerator the day before.

Wash the chicken breast in running water once, put it in a pot, and pour enough water to cover the chicken breast.

Boil the chicken breast for about 10 minutes.

Rinse well-cooked chicken breasts in running cold water and tear them to the grain.

Put the cut enoki mushrooms in a heated frying pan and stir-fry them for about 2 minutes without oil.

Add sliced onions and stir-fry together for about 2 minutes.

Add the boiled chicken breast and stir-fry for about a minute.
STEP 8/8
When the moisture is almost gone, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish the delicious stir-fried chicken breast mushrooms.
Chicken breast is stir-fried once, so it can get dry if cooked thoroughly. Boil it for about 10 minutes, and even if the insides are not fully cooked, if it tears well, proceed with the process of frying.
