STEP 1/18
You need about one boiled egg for each burrito.
Pour water into the pot until the egg is submerged and boil for about 13 minutes.
STEP 2/18
If you put in a lot of cabbage
It goes in about 100g each.
Put it in a chopper and chop it into small pieces.
You can chop it with a knife. :)
STEP 3/18
Put chopped cabbage in a big bowl
Add boiled eggs and mash and mix.
STEP 4/18
I took out the frozen pods in the freezer and used them.
To get rid of the unique smell, I blanched it in boiling water and used it.
When the water boils, add the tofu and blanch for 1 to 2 minutes.
STEP 5/18
Cool with cold water and drain.
STEP 6/18
This sauce that everyone who's on a diet will know!!
It's famous for the 0 calorie sauce of Heinz mustard
I'm going to mix it with this^^
Even if it's not sweet, it's an attractive taste, so it's okay.
STEP 7/18
I'll take out the oil and put in the tuna
Add 6 spoons of Heinz mustard to your liking
Mix it evenly.
STEP 8/18
It's crunchy and savory, so it's delicious just by eating this :)
STEP 9/18
Prepare tofu by cutting it thickly and drying it with a kitchen towel.
STEP 10/18
Drain the pods with a kitchen towel.
STEP 11/18
Place the cutting board vertically, place the non-sticky part of the Glad Magic Wrap on top, and place the head on top.
STEP 12/18
I usually peel cheese on top.. When I took it out of the freezer, there was a hole in the tofu, so I put it on the bottom to cover the hole
STEP 13/18
1/3 of the cabbage and a handful of salad and vegetable mix
Sprinkle the Sriracha sauce.
Put tofu on top of it and cut the natto in half.
STEP 14/18
You can put chicken breast instead of tofu and natto.
I used smoked chicken breast, but you can use it by sprinkling salt and pepper on the pan or cooking it in the microwave.
STEP 15/18
Fold it long on both sides and roll it.
STEP 16/18
Wrap it tightly with a plastic wrap
Second, make the sticky part come up
I'm going to roll it again tightly.
STEP 17/18
When you eat it, you can cut it in half with a knife and eat it :)
STEP 18/18
I can eat one meal at a time, but I feel full even if I eat half of it because there are a lot of ingredients
It's not a meal.. I think I can eat one a day.
* For those who make it for mill wrap, the storage period will vary depending on the freshness of the ingredients, but if you add natto, it can only be refrigerated for about 2 days, so please note that if you don't add natto, it can be refrigerated for up to 5 days
*I tried natto for the first time with this recipe and it wasn't bad!! The taste of mixing rice with cheonggukjang?Hah!
I think it's good for introducing natto.
*Siracha sauce was a great move :)
