STEP 1/9
It's a basic crude oil sauce. All you need is soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, vinegar, and pepper!! Mix it well. You can add lemon juice instead of vinegar.
STEP 2/9
Green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow paprika, and onion are minced and prepared.
STEP 3/9
Add plenty of red pepper oil and mash the green onions and red pepper. If you don't like the spicy taste too much, just put the whole thing in. I'll take the rat-dung peppers. And I added minced garlic to make it simple. If you have raw garlic, crush it and put it in. I'm going to stir-fry it. Until the green onion oil comes out.
STEP 4/9
If green onion is cooked enough and green onion oil comes out, add the minced ingredients and stir-fry.
STEP 5/9
If the ingredients are stir-fried, add the yurin sauce that was made. Stir-fry it as if it's boiling.
STEP 6/9
There's a lot of water coming out of the vegetables. Water from paprika and bell pepper. Turn off the heat for a while and grill the chicken on the air fryer.
STEP 7/9
Add the crispy fried chicken. And stir-fry it over high heat while mixing it well. I don't know if it's right to say stir-fry it, but please mix it. Make sure that the sauce evenly permeates the chicken.
STEP 8/9
The chicken eats the moisture and wraps it, and the sauce is coated with the chicken. If the sauce is coated like this, turn off the heat and put it on a plate.
STEP 9/9
It's spicy, sweet, and sour. It's complete. You can make delicious yuringi even with chicken baked in an air fryer.
