Cook rice with Gyeonggi rice "Chamdream" rice and chop vegetables and prepare them.

Wash abalone cleanly by rubbing it with a toothbrush in running water.

Separate the abalone with a spoon of iron, remove the mouth, cut the flesh into bite-size pieces, and strengthen the intestines.

Stir-fry the prepared chopped vegetables and minced garlic first, then stir-fry the abalone flesh, and when the abalone is yellow, add rice, abalone intestines, and butter and stir-fry.

Lastly, add salt, pepper, sesame oil, and basil and mix them evenly.
