Dark bean soup and black bean soup
Get the container ready

Pour 150ml of bean soup into the prepared container

Add honey and salt

Put it in the freezer

I took it out 2 hours later
It's half frozen

Mash the frozen bean water with a fork
Mix frozen and non-frozen bean water

I put it back in the refrigerator

After an hour, take it out and mix it again with a fork
Put it in the freezer and after 3 hours, grind the frozen bean water in a blender to make a smoothie

Smoothie is done

Prepare smoothie toppings
Cut the ends of dried figs and trim them

Prepare fruits and nuts

Cut tomatoes and kiwi apples into bite-size pieces

Put the bean soup smoothie in a bowl

Put the fruits and nuts on top and finish
Add toppings according to your preference^^
I don't have to go to Blende, but it's soft because it's bean soup^^
I froze it in an ice container and stirred it to use it to wash the dishes less. LOL
