Chop vegetables, including shiitake mushrooms. It's good to use small vegetables.

Cut the shrimp into the desired texture. I chopped it up.

Put 5T of perilla oil in a pot and stir-fry minced shrimp.

When the shrimp is cooked to a certain extent, add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry them.

Add 3 bowls of cold rice when the vegetables are fried to a certain extent.

Add water and bring to a boil. For me, a total of 800
I put in about 850ml. Please adjust the amount of water to the desired concentration.

Lastly, if you season it with salt and pepper, shiitake mushroom shrimp porridge using cold rice is done!
It takes a lot of time to soak rice and make porridge, but it's good to make it quickly if you use cold rice!
