It's frozen, but it's red, so I slightly boiled it and bought a frozen one.
I soaked it in diluted water for a while in case it smelled fishy, and then rinsed it to remove the water with a kitchen towel.

I shredded carrots and sliced cucumbers, onions, paprika, etc. You can cut perilla leaves in half and add one or two.

Stir-fry shrimp in vegetable margarine or butter and cook them. I bought the one with the skin on the tail, but it was a bit hard, so I cut it with scissors.

Drag water into a coffee pot, put it in a wide bowl, soak the rice paper slightly, and take it out, but if you take it out when it's too mushy, you fail.
It depends on the temperature of the water, so soak it for about 3 seconds and take it out. When it cools, change the water or pour a little more boiling water.

Rice paper soaked in warm water > perilla leaves > paprika > onions > shrimp rolled in order.

I cut it diagonally. If it's hard to do it because it's torn, you can wrap it in bite-sized pieces so that you don't have to cut it with a small amount of ingredients. It's not seasoned, so you have to dip it in chili sauce or peanut sauce.
These days, they sell rice paper with chili sauce and peanut sauce. The price is similar. Personally, it's a fantastic taste if you dip it in chili sauce.
