STEP 1/7
Please shred the cabbage.
I used Savoy cabbage, but it has a softer texture than regular cabbage.
For those who like crunchy things, try regular cabbage and Savoy cabbage if you want a soft texture.
STEP 2/7
Please shred the apple.
The more apples you put in, the more natural sweetness increases, so you can add less sugar.
STEP 3/7
Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
*You can add or subtract according to your preference.
STEP 4/7
Add a teaspoon of sugar.
I use xylose sugar because I want a healthy sweet taste.
*You can add or subtract according to your preference.
STEP 5/7
Add a pinch of salt.
STEP 6/7
Mix the seasoning with the ingredients.
Mix enough sugar particles to dissolve well.
*If you mix it with chopsticks, it doesn't crush and mixes well.
STEP 7/7
(Optional) Turn the lemon juice around once.
I didn't measure it exactly, but I think it'll be about a teaspoon.
*The recipe used Savoy cabbage. If you like crunchy texture, try regular cabbage or Savoy cabbage if you like soft texture.
*The more apples you put in, the less sugar you can get, so you can taste it healthy and sweet. However, if you don't add sugar at all, mayonnaise may taste greasy. You have to put in the minimum amount.
*It is good to eat immediately after completion, but you can enjoy it more if you leave it for a while so that the seasoning can permeate the cabbage and apple well.
