STEP 1/8
Wash cucumber, green pepper, red pepper, and green onion and prepare them.

Slice cucumber, green pepper, red pepper, and green onion.

Place cucumber, green pepper, red pepper and green onion in bowl and add 2 tsp minced garlic.

Add 1 tbsp thick salt and 3 tbsp sugar and mix well.

Add 1 liter of water to the well-mixed cucumber.
STEP 6/8
Please add 3 tablespoons of plum extract and 3 tablespoons of vinegar.
(Tip. You can add a little more sugar and vinegar as you taste.)

Please put the cucumber cold soup in a bowl.
STEP 8/8
Sprinkle sesame salt on it, too. (If you like the soup clean, you don't need sesame salt.)
Cold cucumber soup is a good food to eat when you don't have an appetite in summer^^
If you're going to float ice in the cucumber cold soup, it's good to add a little more sugar and vinegar considering that the ice will melt!!
