STEP 1/14
Chop cabbage, onion, and carrot into thin slices. I put in one onion that's smaller than my fist. I think you can put in 1/2 large onions
STEP 2/14
Chop the green onions, too
STEP 3/14
If you have sliced ham, you can add it. I don't have it, so I cut the sausage and put it in. It's a small sausage that's the size of a thumb, so I used about six^^
STEP 4/14
In a large bowl, place cabbage, onion, green onion, carrot, and cut ham, drain the corn and add about 5 tbsp. Break all the eggs and season with salt and pepper powder
STEP 5/14
Mix eggs and vegetables well with chopsticks
STEP 6/14
I used an egg roll pan to make it easy to fry eggs in the shape of bread.
Grease a pan with plenty of oil and pour in the egg mixture with vegetables. I filled half of the pan with egg water to make it thick. ^^
STEP 7/14
The egg water is thick and takes time to cook, so cook slowly over low heat so that it does not burn. When the backside is cooked to a certain extent, cut the eggs into quarters with a spatula to make it easier to flip
STEP 8/14
Turn each upside down and cook until golden brown
STEP 9/14
If you don't have a square pan, put egg water in the pan and bake it with a spatula in a square shape
STEP 10/14
Melt the butter in a pan and bake the bread until it is golden brown
STEP 11/14
Store the brown crispy bread in a cooling net to prevent it from getting soggy
STEP 12/14
Until now, when I made street toast, I only added ketchup and sugar, but today I added a special sauce. Street toast tastes better when it's sweet!!
For some reason, I thought it would be softer, tastier, and more delicious with condensed milk.
I also mixed mayonnaise to add a savory taste. Add mayonnaise 5T and condensed milk 5T 1:1 ratio and mix well to make condensed milk mayonnaise sauce^^
STEP 13/14
Spread strawberry jam thinly on the bread. (You can replace it with other fruit jam or omit it if you don't have it ^^) Place thickly boiled eggs and sprinkle a lot of ketchup. I made it with a lot of sugar, but I'm going to put in a sweet sauce today, so I put in a little bit of sugar
STEP 14/14
Put sliced cheese on top of ketchup and cover the bread with condensed milk mayonnaise sauce
