STEP 1/9
Put 250ml of water, 2/3 bags of ramen soup, and dried ingredients in a pot
STEP 2/9
Bring to a boil with a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of soy sauce
STEP 3/9
When it boils, turn off the heat and cool it down. (It's a cold ramen, so it's a hassle to cool the broth... If you're going to put in the soup, you can boil it separately in hot water and melt the soup, soy sauce, and sugar in cold water. ^^)
STEP 4/9
I like thin ice, so I put it in the freezer so it's slightly frozen. Lastly, if you add vinegar to suit your taste, the broth is complete! It's good without it, but.. Since it's cold ramen, I added vinegar and the taste came to life^^
STEP 5/9
Next, the core of Kim Ramen!! Making seaweed flakes. I'm sure you all know how to make it^^ You can use any seaweed.. I only have gimbap laver at home, so I made it with gimbap laver. It's grilled gimbap, but.. I baked it one more time and used it. If you put the roasted seaweed in the plastic bag and break it well, the seaweed powder is complete
STEP 6/9
Cook the noodles well and rinse them in cold water to make them chewy and remove the moisture
STEP 7/9
Put a lot of perilla oil in a bowl
STEP 8/9
If you put a lot of seaweed powder and sprinkle sesame seeds, it's done!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's seaweed powder mountain.. I think you can add the seaweed flakes to suit your taste. I really like dried seaweed, so I put in 8 sheets [Laughing]
STEP 9/9
The savory smell of perilla oil... It's no joke. You can add as much broth as you want and mix it well to eat it
