How to make sweet and salty sweet and sour soy sauce honey tteok
The bulk of wheat cake I bought before!! I divided it into the freezer and frozen it, and it was good to take it out whenever you need it. On a day when I thought of sweet snacks, I made and ate soy sauce honey tteokbokki after a long time. ^^

  • Rice cake soup

  • perilla oil

  • Seasoned soy sauce

  • Sugar

  • grain syrup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the thawed rice cake clean in water
STEP 2/5
Drain the water on a sieve. Put a lot of perilla oil in the pan. Bake over low heat until golden brown. If you cook it over high heat, perilla oil and rice cake may not be cooked properly, so cook it over low heat until the surface of the rice cake is golden brown as shown in the picture above^^

When the rice cake is golden, add 2 spoons of soy sauce and 1 spoon of sugar and mix. You can use brewed soy sauce even if it's not seasoned soy sauce. (No soy sauce for soup!)

Lastly, add grain syrup and stir-fry it until the rice cake is golden brown. (If you don't have grain syrup, you can replace it with honey or oligosaccharide starch syrup.)^^) If you don't have that, you can just make it with sugar, but.. Something shiny needs to go in to make it look more delicious

If it looks like it's burnt.. The point is to press the rice cake like that!! The golden rice cake tastes better. Lastly, sprinkle sesame seeds and wrap it up!! It looks more delicious with black sesame seeds. It looks more delicious^^
