STEP 1/15
Cut the potatoes into 1/4 pieces. Potatoes take the longest to cook, so I cut them thinner than other vegetables^^ Cut the onions into cubes.
STEP 2/15
I cut the pumpkin a little thicker than the potato. ^^
STEP 3/15
I melted Rayman Kim Steak that I bought on home shopping recently and cut it into pieces!! It's delicious just by roasting it with steak, but it's good to use in a variety of dishes^^
STEP 4/15
I like spicy food, so I added 3 cheongyang peppers. Cut the peppers diagonally.
STEP 5/15
You can add any mushrooms, saesongi or oyster ^^ I think it's delicious when you put mushrooms in soybean paste stew. Cut the mushrooms into bite-size pieces
STEP 6/15
Please prepare the sliced vegetables in one place
STEP 7/15
Next, make broth!! I think doenjang jjigae tastes deeper when you make broth. When I used the pack again, it was really comfortable and good. I think this used to be expensive, so I bought it separately and made broth.. Rather, it seems more expensive and cumbersome to buy separately. LOL Put the pack back in 1.2L of water and boil it
STEP 8/15
I added dried shiitake when we made the broth
STEP 9/15
When the water boils, boil it over medium heat for 15 minutes, and the broth is done
STEP 10/15
Remove the pack again and add 2 spoons of soy bean paste to the broth.
It's soybean paste that my mom made herself, but there was bean residue, so I sifted it out. (I don't really like being chewed on beanstalk...)
STEP 11/15
I think doenjang jjigae tastes better when you mix soy bean paste at home and soy bean paste on the market. Add a spoon of soy bean paste on the market and season it. Each soybean paste has a different salinity, so you can add the amount to your taste. Season with soybean paste, add 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 spoon of minced garlic, and cut vegetables and meat to boil
STEP 12/15
Remove the foam that rises when it boils for a while. Add Cheongyang red pepper and chopped green onion and boil it over medium-low heat until the potatoes are cooked
STEP 13/15
Tofu is the best when it comes to doenjang-jjjigae!! When the potatoes are cooked to a certain extent, cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces
STEP 14/15
Lastly, a tip to add more flavor!! Have you put honey in soybean paste stew?If you add a spoonful of honey, the taste will be better and the salty taste will be neutralized, making it more delicious soybean paste stew^^
STEP 15/15
Boiling~ If you boil it one more time, the delicious doenjang jjigae is complete
