Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I'll mix the cream cheese like mayonnaise
Add sugar and mix it
STEP 2/7
Beat in the egg and put it in so that it doesn't separate
Mix it evenly
STEP 3/7
Add whipped cream and vanilla extract (replaceable lemon juice, omitted) and mix
STEP 4/7
Put parchment paper on the mold and pour the dough
to get rid of the bubbles
The point is to lay out the parchment paper naturally^^
STEP 5/7
Bake the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200 degrees
If the top is blackened, remove it (not burnt)
STEP 6/7
Cool it in a mold, seal it, and let it ripen in the refrigerator
At least half a day..
STEP 7/7
It's a really soft and moist Basque Cheesecake
It's a simple baking, but the results can vary depending on how you make it! Bubbles can cause the top to burst~~
