Grind 100ml of sesame seeds to make paste
When you grind the sesame seeds with a blender, they first become powdery and then into paste (add a little olive oil to make them thinner and better made)
STEP 2/4
Mix 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin (powder), 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil in a tahini paste
STEP 3/4
Add 20ml of water and mix well When you mix the first 20ml, it becomes dry and then it becomes watery
STEP 4/4
Chop Italian parsley into small pieces and completely
My biggest concern when I cook overseas is, "Do I have to buy this ingredient to do this?"" I guess so
So I always suggest alternative ingredients, but none of them are perfect, and if you replace one or two minor ingredients, it becomes a Korean fusion dish
